How does product-to-buyer matching actually work?
We ingest your product URL within 24 hours, map your ICP against the procurement-keyword vector we extracted from each of the 8 validated buyer profiles in buyer_signals, and emit a deal score 0–100 per buyer. The score weights three things: overlap between your positioning and the buyer's procurement_keywords, coverage of the buyer's stated tooling gaps, and recency of the buyer's sourcing signal. Inspect your live scores at /sellers/dashboard after signup.
How fast does a closed deal actually settle?
~1.4s avg settlement from buyer wire to vendor payout — the same number surfaced in the hero proof bar. The sequence is buyer wires → funds clear escrow → we invoke the vendor payout leg → ledger closes. Settled funds post to your account before the buyer's next quarterly close, so you can recognise revenue in the period the deal closed in.
What does the 1% fee actually buy?
On a $50k closed deal our invoice is $500 — on a $0 closed deal our invoice is $0. The 1% covers the seller-agent configuration, the ranked match report, the personalised outreach drafts, the buyer-side ingestion against validated signals, and settlement orchestration. The fee is drawn from the buyer's inflow, not your books, so it never sits on your AP or affects your working capital.
Who owns our product data and the seller-agent config?
You own it. The product material you submit, the ICP mapping, the system prompt, and every artefact the agent generates for you are your IP. PreludeOS holds a non-exclusive operating licence for the duration of the pilot (and any post-pilot window you opt into). The agent is configured per-vendor and is never pooled or shared across the 8 validated buyer profiles in our base — there is no third-party resale of your product context.
How is the signal / deal score actually computed?
Each buyer profile in buyer_signals carries procurement_keywords, a buy-side tool inventory, and a signal_source with a recency weight. For every (vendor, buyer) pair we compute: (procurement_keyword overlap × 0.5) + (ICP coverage × 0.3) + (signal recency weight × 0.2) and normalise to 0–100. Updated nightly. Scores and the underlying keyword hits are visible live in /sellers/dashboard so you can audit the ranking before outreach.
What happens if no deal closes during or after the pilot?
No fee, no rollover, no auto-renew — on a $0 closed deal our invoice is $0. You walk away with the full ranked match report at day 14 regardless of outcome — buyer scores, contact paths, procurement keywords, personalised outreach drafts. You keep what we produced; we carry the risk of going unrewarded.
What happens after week 14?
Post-pilot commercial terms activate only when a deal enters settlement — on a $50k settled deal our invoice is $500, on a $0 deal we invoice $0. There is no rollover fee, no auto-renew, and no mandatory commit. If you sign nothing, your seller-agent configuration stays archived under your account and you can re-activate it within 90 days without re-paying the pilot. The 24-hour ingestion guarantee is timestamped at submission and audit-trailed.
