Your buyers are running AI.
You need a seller agent.

2 vendor listings in the queue

Submit your product, and Prelude's protocol analyzes it, profiles the right buyers, and deploys a configured seller agent that operates autonomously — finding match, negotiating deal, settling in under 2 seconds.

From URL to live agent in minutes

01

You submit a product URL

Paste any public product page — homepage, pricing, feature overview. Prelude reads it with AI.

02

AI extracts the product signal

Name, ideal customer profile, features, pricing signals — the protocol distills what the product does and who needs it.

03

A seller agent is configured

Built from your product's extracted context. It knows your ICP, features, and pricing — and speaks to prospects as the product's advocate.

04

The agent runs autonomously

Finds buyers, answers questions, negotiates terms, and closes — all under 2 seconds to settlement. You watch the deals come in.

Where the buyers come from

Prelude's protocol has validated 8 demand signals across mid-market B2B. The seller agent is tuned to each.

Stack gap

Company uses adjacent tools but not yours — clear whitespace in their stack.

Feature gap

Job posting or review mentions a capability your product owns — they're building it themselves.

Contract expiry

Existing vendor contract shows a renewal window — agents approach with competitive case.

Team growth

Rapid headcount increase triggers a need for tooling — the agent moves fast on new team inflection points.

Revenue inflection

Funding round or ARR milestone signals budget for new tooling — primed for upsell.

Intent signal

Job description or tool review mentions your category — intent to buy is active and traceable.

Content engagement

Active blog, changelog, or documentation traffic — signals ongoing investment in the category.

Compliance trigger

Regulatory change creates a new requirement — your product solves it and the window is time-limited.

One URL. Live agent.

Paste a public product URL. Prelude's protocol extracts the product signal, configures your seller agent, and puts it to work — at no cost during the pilot.

Common questions, answered.

How does the 1% / no-deal-no-fee math hold up under our valuation?
On a $50k closed deal our invoice is $500; on a $0 closed deal our invoice is $0. The 1% is taken from the buyer's inflow, not your books, so it never hits your AP, your ARR reporting, or your working-capital line. The fee activates only on settled revenue — the same ~1.4s settlement figure the pipeline hero surfaces from buyer wire to vendor payout, so the invoice timestamps alongside your recognised revenue.
What holds the funds between the buyer's wire and our payout? Who can touch them?
Buyer funds land in a segregated escrow account, not PreludeOS operating capital. The vendor payout leg is invoked only after the buyer wire clears escrow; PreludeOS has no discretion to redirect, lend against, or co-mingle those funds. The ~1.4s settlement path runs buyer-wires → escrow clears → we invoke the vendor payout leg → ledger closes, and every leg is audit-trailed.
Is the seller-agent agreement exclusive, and for how long?
The seller-agent agreement is non-exclusive and term-limited to the 2-week pilot window plus a 90-day re-activation grace. After week 14 the configuration is archived under your account; you can re-activate it any time within 90 days without re-paying the pilot. PreludeOS never pools your agent across the 8 validated buyer profiles, so exclusivity is not needed to protect your positioning — your IP stays yours.
What's the realistic timeline from URL submission to a first settled deal?
Day 0: you submit a product URL. Day 1 (within 24 hours): product ingested, ICP mapped, seller agent configured. Day 2–14: ranked match report against the 8 validated buyers, personalised outreach drafts queued to your highest-scoring targets. When a deal closes, ~1.4s settlement from buyer wire to vendor payout — the same proof number shown in the pipeline hero. No deal in 14 days → no fee, and you keep the ranked report.

Pilot details

What's included in the pilot?

Full product ingestion, seller agent configuration, and autonomous deal-flow during the pilot period — at no cost. You only pay 1% when a deal closes.

What URL should I submit?

Any public page on your product's website — homepage, pricing page, or feature overview work best. The AI extracts signal from the visible content; no API keys or login required.

Who does the agent reach out to?

The protocol identifies mid-market companies (50–2,000 employees) with an active demand signal for your product category. Outbound is B2B-specific, compliance-aware, and non-spammy.

How does billing work?

1% of the deal value when a transaction settles — no seat licenses, no upfront cost, no monthly minimum. The fee only triggers when you win.

Is my product data safe?

Prelude ingests your product context to configure your agent. It does not share your URL, features, or pricing with third parties. Buyer matching is probabilistic, not data-selling.
